What information is collected through the Services?
You may need to provide certain personal information directly to us, including your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address if you choose to use the Services, as well as certain financial information (such as your charge or credit card number) directly to our third-party payment processor if you choose to purchase products offered on the Website. If you choose to create an account through our Website, we will store your log-in details and any additional information you elect to provide us. Further, if you communicate with us (e.g., email, telephone, or messages through the Website), we may store such communications.
Information you provide on the Website will be processed in the United States and stored on our servers, located in the United States. However, in order to complete international deliveries, we may communicate certain personal information to our shipping partners and customs authorities in the destination country. This means that such information may be transferred to computers located outside of the United States where the data protection laws may differ. Your selection of such international delivery represents your consent to that transfer.
You may choose to allow us to store your personal information without taking any further step. You may also request, by sending an e-mail to Henry Designs, to delete your personal information at any time as soon as your order has been processed and delivered (see "Changes and access to your personal information" below). Please note, should you request your personal information be deleted, this may cause some areas of the Services to not function properly.
In addition, when you use our Website, we may automatically collect usage information used by us in the operation and improvement of our Services. Usage information may include a user’s “IP” address, the type of web browser and operating system being used and/or the web pages of the Website a user visits.
We may also collect information using cookies or similar technologies about you even if you do not purchase any products on the Website; see "Cookies" below.
Henry Designs also provides you with the opportunity to receive information from Henry Designs, which may be of interest to you, including information relating to our products in the United States and new products offered on the Website. If you do not want to receive such information by e-mail, you may opt-out of further communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the email or by following the unsubscribe link in such emails.
What use is made of the information you provide us?
We may use your personal information to: perform a contract for the products that you have purchased on the Website; to answer your questions and product inquiries; to manage your account registration as a user of the Website; to email you offers about other products which we offer, or may offer, that are similar to those that you have purchased on the Website, unless you have opted-out to receive such information; and to operate and improve our Services.

Henry Designs may also disclose the information you provide through the Services to third parties who provide services on or to the Website. To verify your information, authenticate payments and process orders, Henry Designs may disclose certain financial and other information you provide to us to third parties that provide credit reporting, payment or order fulfillment services.

The CCPA requires us to provide the categories of personal information (as defined in the CCPA) that we collect, or have collected in the last 12 months, they include:

Pursuant to the CCPA, we do not “sell” personal information, nor have we sold any personal information in the past 12 months. Under the CCPA, California residents may request:

- The categories of sources of such personal information

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. However, certain information may be exempt from requests under the law.
We will provide you with the above information two times within a 12-month period at no charge. We reserve the right to deny or charge an administration fee in relation to fulfilling additional requests during such 12-month period. Any information we provide you will only include information we have collected over the last 12 months.
For your protection, we will need to verify your identity before complying with your request. As such, you will need to provide us with certain personal information, such as: your first and last name and email address. If there is no personal information that we can verify, we may be unable to complete your request.
